My clients typically enter therapy to improve their relationship with others, gain confidence, work on issues related to trauma, and manage anxiety or depression. My name is Dr. Matt Liberatore, LCPC and my clients call me Matt! The LCPC means that I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and with that, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a tool for self discovery, awareness, and growth. Through personal experience, I have accrued lived knowledge in areas of personal growth, establishing healthy boundaries, and owning one’s authentic self. This is a mutual partnership to explore life’s challenges, identify old belief systems, and cultivate your inner light; your authentic self. Tapping into your beliefs and values will guide the therapeutic process and allow greater healing and change in areas you desire. Your time is vital and I offer you a safe space to establish trust. My approach is affirming and progression oriented; you often may have strategies to employ between sessions.
