Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with multiple years of experience helping adolescent and young adults manage life stressors. I understand the difficulty that comes with balancing all of life endeavors. Sometimes you just need a non-bias party to talk things through with. I am here to help you develop a more positive, confident, healthier and happier lifestyle. I utilize solution focused therapy approach in partnership with a strengths perspective to guide my practice. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families, as well as young adults. I aim to help individuals work through a magnitude of problems. I have experience working with an array of issues that stem from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorder, self-harm, suicidal ideation, attachment issues and parenting skills. I provide a non-judgmental, safe and welcoming environment with a focus on the individual. I use multiple techniques and approaches such as CBT, DBT, art, behavior modification and solution based-family therapy to help my clients meet their goals.
