Having served in the Yakima Valley for over twenty years, I am experienced working with people who are facing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ODD and many other diagnoses. You will not feel like a “diagnosis” in my office however, as I will work with you to develop a customized plan to address your needs and goals. You will be treated with respect and dignity which will allow you the freedom to examine yourself and consider new ways of dealing with problematic patterns and behaviors. Life can be complicated and having the curiosity and courage to try new things is a rewarding way to live. I provide a safe place to explore where you are feeling “stuck” and offer compassionate and encouraging ways to help free yourself. I have extensive experience working with youth, families and adults with CBT and other therapies. We will be combining both of our strengths to help bring about the changes you want.
