We use a 12 week Curriculum on skills building for empowering individuals wanting emotional well-being by using strength based, approaches, and respecting personal self-determination. We build strong therapeutic relationships that can help create motivation for change, while demonstrating positive problem-solving techniques to develop or increase personal coping skills. A Lic. Social Worker, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with over 20 yrs. experience working with adults, and families in distress with Trauma & PTSD.
