It is a privilege and an honor for me to be able to be part of your healing process and growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Doctor of Behavioral Health working with children, families, and adults. I’m an attachment and trauma-based counselor and bilingual in English and Spanish. My focus is to work with patients and identify and alleviate root causes associated with social, emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges in various stages of development. I utilize a solution focused, strength-based approach to make progress towards the goals that we create together. My clinical specializations include attachment, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, social and relationship issues, and trauma. I hold an Advance Graduate Studies degree on Trauma, Abuse and Deprivation. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a Storyplay Practitioner, and an EMDR Child and Complex Trauma Specialist. I’m also trained in Internal Family systems model, Theraplay, sand tray play therapy, and Brainspotting among others. I’m a Grief and Recovery Method Specialist and I’m trained to implement the Safe and Sound Protocol (Porges). I’m also an approved supervisor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health I DO NOT WORK ON OPEN DCS CASES OR CUSTODY CASES
