It supports you in restoring inner balance, aliveness, peace and meaning in your life and in your relationships. The accumulations of life challenge, stress and trauma create beliefs, emotions and thoughts that become conditioned patterns. that cover up and distract us from our ability to be present. These patterns interfere with our sense of self and relationships. Authentic presence returns as the patterns of stress and trauma are integrated restoring a natural vibrancy and aliveness. I draw on a combination of Trauma Integration, Somatic Experience, EMDR, Bodynamics, Spiritual Practices, or Equine Assisted Therapy in each session.
