I believe all pain has a purpose. With over 22 years of professional experience, I continue to help children, teens, adults and families deal with some of life’s most difficult challenges. Using both traditional and creative therapeutic techniques, I help others process pain and push to be all they’ve ever desired to be through education, encouragement and empowerment. I specialize in a variety of areas, such as trauma, drama therapy, counseling with children, adolescents and family therapy, Adults dealing with unresolved childhood issues and other adult counseling through various life changes. In addition, we also offer group therapy to provide education and support. On this journey called life, at some point everybody will experience difficult life challenges that seem almost impossible to overcome.
