I am a firm believer in the healing power of therapy and truly believe that therapy is a process everyone can benefit from. My approach to therapy derives from cognitive behavioral therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and many other techniques. Within these models we identify a clear path to achieving your goals. Together we can build upon your strengths in order to take on barriers that may prevent you from reaching this goal. Goals can range from coping with daily stressors, working with a youth with behavioral issues, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and many other issues. I have over 10 years experience helping others with a wide range of goals from reducing anxiety and depression symptoms, reducing family conflict and or reducing substance use.
