Lizelle Anne Cline

Lizelle has been practicing social work since 1991 and has developed skills in working with millennials. This generation is often accomplished but struggle with bigger life questions and she offers a warm collaborative relationship rooted in self-compassion. For six years Lizelle worked with incarcerated men and has an interest in assisting all adults to manage trauma (from childhood, community and generational experiences) and make successful transitions to improve health and quality of life. Lizelle is skilled at providing a safe place that allows patients to explore their sorrows and anxieties with hope, compassion and humor. I can offer in person and tele-psychoherapy sessions at the frequency that fits with your schedule and needs. I am skilled in various evidence based treatment modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but work collaboratively with you to develop goals and treatment plan that work best for your learning style and goals.
