**I am not accepting new clients at this time, but my availability may open again in 2021.** My aim is to provide space for exploration, insight, and healing that is safe, authentic, and meaningful. Historically my approach has appealed to a wide range of people with different life experiences and struggles. I tend to work well with people who are looking to process emotions, events, and thoughts and work toward making positive changes for the future. I work from a person-centered perspective which means I aim to get to know you and work with you to achieve your goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use tools from other modalities including grounding skills, mindfulness, relaxation to help manage symptoms. You may also expect some humor in our sessions, as laughing can be very therapeutic. Engaging in therapy can be a decision that takes a lot of strength.
