I have experience providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, families, military service members and their families, and adults. I support through a client centered and collaborative approach and create a safe therapeutic environment for clients to make progress on their goals. I specialize in working with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma/abuse, PTSD, mood disorders, and emotional/behavioral concerns. I welcome military members and their families. Everyone is different. I believe in an integrated approach of therapy techniques to support client’s in reaching their individualized goals. I have particular skills in: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma therapy, behavior modification, play therapy, compliance issues, social skills/coaching, and parenting skills and parent education.
