Therapist Overview
Are you struggling with managing anxiety or depressed mood? Or managing your child’s behaviors and mood during quarantine and home schooling? Or managing your mental health while trying to work from home? If so, I’m not surprised. These are extraordinary times we live in and struggling is understandable. Reaching out for help is never a bad thing, especially right now as we navigate this new normal. I am here to offer a safe, compassionate healing space to express the fears and frustrations that plague daily life or to work on more long term issues. Life is difficult and it is okay to have someone to talk to. I work with ages 4+ on a variety of issues. With those ages 4-18 I typically work on understanding and managing anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, life transitions, and parent child relationships. With young adults and adults, I have experience working with anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, parenting difficulties, LGBTQ, family conflict, and more. If you or your child are ready to start building skills, awareness, healthy relationships, and a more fulfilling life, I am here for you. I look forward to being a part of your journey. Please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or phone call. *I am currently not taking clients with active suicidal ideation.*
