Every person has a story that helped create them into who they are today, but if there’s a disturbance in the trajectory of where to go next, seeking help can be difficult. I’m excited to work with children, teenagers and adults that are seeking counsel as they navigate through whatever trial is going on in their life. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2017 with a MA in Counseling and a BA in Psychology. I specialize in anxiety, depression and behavioral issues. I found a passion in helping those through past abuse, as well. I’ve worked with multicultural clients, multipersonality disorders, life transitions and also offer play therapy for children. If you’re hurting, lost or confused, know that you’re not alone in your struggles. I’ve been on your side. I was fearful to ask for help- I didn’t know what I was even asking for help for- I just knew something wasn’t right. I’m glad I took that initial step and my journey brought me here to provide the same comfort to you that was graced unto myself.
