I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and National Certified Counselor . I have specialized in working in with children, teens, and families for over 20 years. In addition to traditional Cognitive Behavior therapy, EMDR and Sandtray therapy are a part of my practice. My approach is generated from a ‘family system’ focus whereas insight, healing, and positive growth occurs from understanding the interactions, communication, perceived roles, and behavioral expectations of the system as a whole, instead of a specific individual.
