I help the person via connecting their past experiences and wounds with reactions to present situations. This connection helps to dissolve behaviors, feelings, and patterns of negative thoughts that, although once served to survive, now only cause more emotional problems. I also enjoy integrating psychology with Christian principles if the person wishes.
