What do you notice in the quiet moments of your life? It might be self-criticism, guilt, or shame. Maybe you get stuck in the past, trying to figure out what went wrong, or preparing for every possible future scenario. For some people, there are no quiet moments, and for others, every second feels like deafening silence, even in a crowded room. Superficial interactions leave us feeling unseen, ignored, and alone. You deserve a time and space to be fully present and authentic without fear of judgment, dismissal, or empty platitudes. As your therapist, I want to know the parts of you that life may have taught you to hide—the sadness, the anger, the trauma, the loneliness. Therapy isn’t about getting rid of anything “bad”—it’s about learning what to do with the pain and how to reclaim your power to feel joy, confidence, belonging, and fun. My job is to support you along the way—sometimes a guide, sometimes a co-pilot, sometimes a cheerleader, and sometimes deep in the murky waters with you. Throughout it all, you are not alone, and we will discover new ways to make those quiet moments just a little bit more peaceful. I look forward to meeting you.
