I provide online counseling so that clients can avoid the stress of traveling to sessions. I provide full online sessions, or 30 minute online “check-ins” for a reduced fee. Using a model based on the existing capabilities of the person, I empower folks to build on their own skills and talents to improve the areas of life that are creating stress. I help people gain a new perspective on situations that may feel overwhelming and provide skills to help manage stress. I encourage anyone who feels like they have hit a stumbling block or needs some extra time to process things to reach out to me.
