Do you feel stuck, anxious, depressed, or like you’re never “enough”? Are you frustrated by finding yourself repeating the same patterns of behavior, even when those behaviors are no longer serving you? I create space for you to explore and learn new ways to cope with feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and past traumas. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to explore the issues coming up and learn new skills. We can work together to help you to better deal with the struggles you’re facing, heal past wounds, and successfully shift the unfulfilling and unsatisfying patterns in your life. I draw heavily from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques, with an emphasis on both practical tools as well as attention to deeper emotions. I use an eclectic approach and also intertwine elements of other modalities including mindfulness & meditation techniques. I also am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). No matter the concern, I use an individualized approach to help you in the unique way you need.
