( English | espaƱol ) My ideal client is someone who is struggling and needs support quickly. His/her issues could range with intense moods to overwhelmed and stressed by life, work, or family. The goals would be to alleviate the symptoms and obtain relief quickly. The client would like to feel calmer and have more tools to help manage what he or she needs. Perhaps, the client is interested in gaining more awareness to their own thoughts, feelings, and sensations. My goal is to help people feel better faster. I have worked for a community mental health agency since 2008 and have a vast knowledge of strategies and techniques to use with you. Are you looking to lead your best life? I can guide you as I have experience in many areas including trauma work, TBRI, TF-CBT, attachment theory, suicidal ideation (ASIST), ACT, SFBT, DBT, and play therapy. I also am fascinated by how the nervous system works and I use this knowledge frequently. I see individual clients as well as families. My goal when building a relationship with a new client is to have you feel comfortable as soon as you are able to.
