I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I work to empower clients using traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both so that they may gain self-awareness, build resiliency and develop a deeper connection to themselves and others. I have experience working with a range of concerns including trauma, loss and grief, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. In therapy sessions, clients are encouraged to discuss personal aspects of their lives that may be impacting their physical and emotional health, and relationships. I am also a Licensed Art Therapist and an artist. In therapy sessions clients can choose to explore art materials to visualize opportunities for growth and development.
