I honor and respect the search that you are on, as you look for someone who can help you navigate the changes you want to make. It’s hard to reach out for help and trust that you will be truly received. My goal is to create a safe space for you to look honestly at patterns and behaviors that hold you back, and trust that you have the support to move through and beyond them. I believe in moving you to the authentic expression of who you truly are. We begin by exploring honestly where you are in the trajectory of change and motivation you have to meet your goals. I draw from a unique blend of modalities that meets you where you are-drawing on solution-focused, mindfulness, creative modalities and challenging questions. I put these together to create an approach and treatment that is unique to you. The day we realize you have accomplished what you set out to do, in our work, is the day we celebrate.
