Katie Bouvatte

I believe therapy is beneficial in helping each of us on our own unique journey toward healing and wholeness.  I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment so that we can work collaboratively on navigating life’s challenges. By utilizing an eclectic approach, I’m able to cater the therapeutic process to best fit the client and their particular needs. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults and older adults in a myriad of treatment settings.  I treat a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, caregiver stress, life adjustment challenges, grief, and coping with end of life.  I enjoy problem solving with clients and assisting them in achieving their goals.
