I help women during pregnancy and postpartum and those experiencing challenging life transitions to be their best selves. Change, even good ones, can be rough. Feelings of anxiety, depression and overwhelm cloud your ability to function. Physical experiences such as changes in sleep, appetite and energy level make it difficult to accomplish even small tasks. When you aren’t feeling yourself, you are stressed, tired or in a foul mood, you can’t possibly function at your highest potential. That’s why I am here. Together we can find solutions to to help you feel better so you can live better. I am your collaborator to reach a more fulfilling life. We will find your strengths (even those your didn’t know you had), build new skills and create understanding of how you can improve. In session, we will explore possibilities, practice skills such as mindfulness, positive focus and “slowing down.” You will leave with a plan to practice between sessions. My goal is to help you feel better so you can be better in your family, as a parent, in your career and for yourself. You don’t have to do this alone.
