As a Silicon Valley native, I know raising children and living in this area comes with unique challenges. I enjoy working with pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I am most passionate about supporting parents who are experiencing their own mental health symptoms or stress related to parenting, particularly for those parenting pre-teens who are going through mental health issues. I have worked with middle school and high school teens, parents, and families in the Palo Alto and Los Gatos school districts, and through the adolescent intensive outpatient treatment program at El Camino Hospital. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, family conflict, and school issues, both with kids and parents.
