All humans have an amazing ability to grow and change, and sometimes our struggles are just here to give us a push forward into new horizons. As a therapist, I see myself as someone who helps to facilitate that growth in others. I work with clients from a compassionate, nonjudgmental person-centered perspective. When you feel seen and heard, healing and growth happens much more easily. I see each individual as unique, so therapy will be uniquely tailored to your needs.
