Increase of anxiety, depression, stress and feelings of overwhelm are common. I am here to help and offer support. You may have experienced significant disruptions to your life such as job loss, social isolation, trauma, grief and loss, strain in relationships, difficulty with your children being out of school, etc. I specialize in stress management, anxiety, depression and trauma and offer support and nurturing guidance through the process. If you prefer to stay home, I offer telehealth appointments. I believe in the mind/body connection and use a integrative approach to healing and wellness. I have advanced training from the Center for Mind Body Medicine. I teach mindfulness skills in conjunction with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Informed care to assist with overcoming challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, self care, and self esteem. I help individuals explore interpersonal relationships, chronic stress and help them bring more balance into their lives.
