I am a therapist who believes that working with all parts in a person’s life is vital for growth and healing. That is why I am passionate about working with all areas of the family system including children, siblings, and parents/caregivers. I have found that when everyone is on the same page working toward the same goals, the greatest potential for growth occurs. I pride myself on the relationships I build with my clients and aim to make everyone feel seen and safe. When working with children I first conduct a parent session to really understand your family and child’s struggles, then, together we build a treatment plan that fosters the growth your child needs. When working with teens/adults I always make sure the client is an active part of goal setting and encourage open communication about hopes and expectations. I have extensive experience working with emotional & behavior management, and I am confident in my ability to help you learn and implement new skills for more successful functioning.
