Jessie Briegel

I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to finding the right therapist. Building a strong relationship with my clients is a number one priority. My hope is to offer a space where clients can be open and honest about the challenges they might be facing. As an Emotionally Focused Therapist my goal is to help couples identify the patterns that have started tearing away at their connection. Our relationships help us to be happier, live longer, and be more authentic; that is why it is critical that we seek out help when they are under pressure and not being as fulfilling as we would like. I spent the first 15 years of my professional career studying sex and sexuality. I am honored to help clients bring this sensitive subject up in a way that allows them to feel heard and understood. I plan to spend the next part of my career studying love and emotions. As a therapist I want to help clients understand the heart of the matter. I offer a space where you can explore the parts of your life you may be struggling with; either with a partner or individually. I know that it is not always easy to start this process but am looking forward to helping you in this journey of self discovery and acceptance.
