I am a clinical psychologist who provides clients with a warm environment to help them cope with a range of psychological struggles including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is relational and my therapeutic approach incorporates both cognitive behavioral and mindfulness and acceptance based strategies. I seek to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and struggles, while offering tangible coping skills in service of helping clients live a meaningful life.
