I am here to help you see the positive that life has to offer, even in the darkest of times. My goal is to help you learn new ways to live life, new ways to think about life and understand the importance of allowing yourself to experience your emotions, whether positive or negative. If your relationship is hurting then learn how to find common ground with your partner, no matter what is needed, I will always work to meet you where you are at. As a bi-racial individual I am well aware of the racial traumas people of color are faced with everyday. It is important, especially in today’s society, that we support each other and lift each other up. Self-care, validation, a strong support network and connection with others is needed to begin healing during these trying times.
