I am a trauma focused counselor with extensive training in this area. I specialize in helping families navigate traumas that may have affected healthy attachment and relationships within the family structure. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Infant Mental Health, and Child Parent Psychotherapy. I want to help you and your family heal. Trauma impacts all areas of our lives and our attachments can be affected for long after. My work is to help heal the trauma and improve the relationships that form the foundation for all significant relationships in my clients’ future.
