I provide a very neutral, non judgmental and collaborative therapeutic environment. I will be helping you gaining insight and understanding of your challenges and finding tools to handle depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, marital issues, communication skills, life skills, social emotional skills, personal growth, parenting skills, crisis management as well as self esteem self worth. I am passionate about my job and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am here to guide and support finding your wellness path which will lead you to a more fulfilled, healthy and meaningful life. I currently am working on building my private practice and I enjoy working with families and individuals. I have worked with couples for court ordered co-parenting along with children that have behavioral issues. I have some resources in the community that may be able to help clients find resources that they may need. I want to help people of all ages who have a mental health diagnosis and or a substance abuse problem get there life back on track and help them live the best life possible. I currently work with adults, young children and some families helping them learn how to deal with a mental health diagnosis.
