I know you have been struggling. I know it has been so hard for you; that’s why you are reading this. I know it’s hard to imagine your life could be different. But, I also know you can make changes in your life. I know I can help you with that. But I can’t do it for you. You have to call or email. You have to show up. And you have to do the work. I will sit here with you and I will help guide you but at the end of the day you are in control of your life and you get to call the shots. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m out here and I care about you already. That might sound lame, but I mean it with all my heart. I have 3 years of clinical experience. I work with adults & teenagers. My specialty populations include First Responders, trauma, stress/anxiety, and loss/grief. I also have several years of experience working with individuals with substance use, autism, self-esteem, and ADHD symptoms. My approach is solution-focused, interactive, warm, and validating. I care deeply about people in general. I listen without judgement. I was put here to create a safe place for you, where you can find hope and joy in your life again.
