We all are powerful individuals with unlocked potential. So frequently life and circumstance prevent us from seeing the world beyond our own individual purview. That’s where therapy begins! In therapy we can address depression and anxiety symptoms; discover emotional, coping, and relationship patterns; learn to manage stress and work – life balance; and work towards adjusting to our new COVID reality.
