Therapy can help you process that pain and learn how to feel safe again. I will work with you to develop an effective, goal-oriented treatment plan. As a mom of 11 adult children I can pair the knowledge gleaned from 40+ years parenting experience with my clinical training, to help you navigate the tough issues with yourself or your children. As an EMDR therapist trained and educated in trauma-informed care I can effectively work with you on issues related to emotion regulation, depression and/or trauma. I am a warm, engaging therapist, who will start from where you are, and help you to reach your goals.
