Therapist Overview
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in neuropsychological testing. I have been practicing in Missoula for 30 years and I evaluate children, adolescents, and adults with various types of neuromedical risk factors such as prenatal substance exposure, anoxia at birth, histories of neglect and/or abuse, traumatic brain injury, and toxic exposures, as well as individuals with developmental delays, histories of learning problems or attention deficits, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and various neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer’s or brain tumors. My specialty is neuropyschology, which is an area of psychology that evaluates brain/behavior relationships. The primary focus of an evaluation is to identify a client’s brain-based strengths and weaknesses, as well as any underlying psychological issues, in order to provide recommendations for school success and everyday living.
