I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked as a mental health therapist for over 8 years providing therapy to adolescents, adults, families and groups. My approach is based largely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and a holistic wellness approach to therapy. I would love to help you find balance in your life!
