I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can allow yourself to unwind and settle into a curious self-examination. Clients who choose therapy with me are often driven, passionate, and reflective, but perhaps struggling from loss or a traumatic event, a problematic relationship, an internal conflict, or too much stress. I use a combination of traditional talk psychotherapy as well as Mindfulness practices and Transpersonal Psychology to help you find purpose and meaning from uncertainty and suffering. My focus includes grief and loss, anxiety reduction, self-acceptance and empowerment, overcoming sexual trauma, gender and sexuality issues, and unblocking creative and spiritual barriers. I use a variety of methods, all rooted within a person-centered, empathic approach. Our world seems to change every day, and the pace can feel chaotic and disconnective.
