**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**We know how important self-care and the health of our minds can be, especially in the season in which we have found ourselves. During these moments of uncertainty, new concerns are brought to light and create additional anxieties, fears, and doubts. Sometimes the skills we utilized are no longer enough, and we require additional help navigating our situation. By working together, we can help establish new ways for you to manage the world around you. Sessions can be in-person with precautions or tele-therapy to continue to improve mental and physical health when there isn’t a clear path through.** Taking a step forward to improve overall mental and physical well-being can be overwhelming. Our inner worlds can feel disconnected as our bodies often influence what we do and how we feel. Certain physical activity has been shown to improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a licensed counselor and NASM certified trainer, I aim to increase quality of life by adding physical activity in session, alongside mental health counseling, to help you feel connected again. Doing this alone can be confusing and stressful, but by working together, we will realize your strength, and move to complete your picture of health.
