Insight Therapies

I am a marriage and family therapist and I work with individuals, couples, and children, helping to build self-esteem, communication and relationship skills, as well as address a full spectrum of anxiety and depression issues. I am also a school counselor, a domestic violence facilitator, and I teach a monthly parenting class. My main focus is personal growth, including individual and family well-being. I am EMDR trained and my practice includes play therapy.
