Therapist Overview

**CURRENTLY WORKING FROM A WAITLIST // VIDEO OR PHONE SESSIONS ONLY DUE TO HEALTH CRISIS**—I return phone calls/emails within 24 hours** I provide a comfortable and judgment-free environment while also helping address the needs that are most important to you. I have provided therapy to both college-aged and adult populations in a variety of settings including several colleges and universities throughout the Midwest. I’ve worked with individuals facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment-related stress, challenging relationship dynamics, grief/loss, and identity development. I also specialize in men’s issues, which may typically include concerns related to anger, intimacy, sexual expression, and numbing of emotions. My clinical work is interpersonal and psychodynamic in nature and relies heavily on cultural humility. As a member of and advocate for the LGBTQQIA+ community, I specialize in working with the diverse spectrum of sexual orientations and attraction (including kink and poly relationship dynamics), as well as concerns related to gender identity/gender expansive populations. I also provide letters of support for gender-affirming medical transitions.
