If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, feeding and eating disorders, relationship concerns, or big life decisions I want to help you – and I make it easy by conducting all sessions online. I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying their areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating fresh perspective. I am glad to integrate personal stories, faith, values, DBT and CBT concepts, narrative techniques, and behavioral strategies in uniquely tailored ways for each individual. I have worked in residential facilities for eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. I also have years of experience working with veterans, individuals of all ages, and families with kids, teens, young adults, and older adults in diverse family constellations. I’ve completed levels 1, 2, and 3 of Gottman therapy training.
