To our dismay, the years go by and we are not getting the results we had wished for. I am here to help you work SMARTER NOT HARDER. Many people face similar challenges and issues. However, I see every person as COMPLETELY UNIQUE! My strength is an inner flexibility to adjust to the person you are. I will CELEBRATE your uniqueness, even when you doubt yourself! My goal is to help you cultivate your inner strength and love the parts of you that you thought were unlovable. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I love what I do! I will support your healing through evidence-based practice and psycho-education. I enjoy using a Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy and Other treatment modalities to help people work through a variety of issues.
