I’ve worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, and severe and persistent mental illness. I earned my Ed.M. and M.A. in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. I’ve worked with diverse populations in various settings in the New York and Los Angeles metropolitan areas. I am bilingual and offer culturally competent services in Spanish.
