I enjoy working with clients on a variety of issues and concerns. From depression and anxiety to life transitions and complex trauma. I thrive on working with you to bring a greater awareness of your needs, as well as compassion for yourself as you are working, growing, changing and transcending the issues that are causing stress or dysfunction. I have experience working with children, adults and couples; all of who come from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status. I want to be a help. Not only offering support, but also a sounding board where an individual or couple can feel like they have the space to confront anything and everything. I work out of a integrative model, mainly focusing on a Strengths Based, CBT and a Mindfulness orientation. I want to help build the tools and perspective you need to create change.
