Worried about your Teen? Have they been isolating more than usual and shut down refusing to talk to you? Sudden change in behavior or attitude got you up late at night worrying? Drop in grades or overall worried about the future? I specialize in the needs of children, teens and their families and I can help you with this! I work collaboratively to create a treatment plan to support families. I have worked at all levels of care with children, teens and their families. Through various interventions, I help to to make positive changes in coping skills, communication and problem solving. I help build emotional resilience to improve ability to work through life’s challenges. I joined Grow Through Life Counseling in the Del Mar/Carmel Valley location in 2019 to help make a difference with families in our community.
