Simply put, I offer a comfortable, discrete environment for you to have a safe conversation about what’s bothering you. I truly believe that with awareness you can gain relief from your struggles. I won’t ask you to do anything I’m not doing myself. The solution is the same no matter if its individual, couples or family counseling. The key is gaining personal insight that will empower you. I personally learned how to deal with loss & grief when my first wife passed at age 42. I have the continual challenges of blending families, & know sexual issues. If you try a session, it will be us working together and sharing our journeys. Addiction, understanding how to set limits with loved ones and the challenge of launching kids will be some of the shared challenges we will face together.
