Life is full of loss and hurt. Sometimes you might even call it traumatic or too awful to think about, much less say out loud. And most of the time you don’t know what to do with all of it. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, a relationship, or a dream – it can be hard to move forward. You may have traumas from the past that feel like they have power over you. You may become confused, sad, angry, or just overwhelmed – not sure how to move forward or move at all. It’s all too much.
