My approach to counseling is gentle and encouraging, although I can be direct when helpful. I will support without judging and am respectful of individual and cultural differences. My specialties have been in the areas of relationship/marital, trauma resolution (EMDR), anxiety, identity/sexuality, life purpose, self esteem, addictive behaviors, and career/vocational counseling. I value the therapeutic relationship and seeing folks make positive changes in their lives. I can honestly say I love my work- it is my calling ! In my Professional Counseling Practice I work with individuals, relationships and families. I offer support to adults, teens, young adults and elders as well as Group Counseling.
