I take an eclectic approach as a generalist practitioner and use a variety of techniques based on what you may need therapeutically, at the time you need it the most. I named my practice Vibrant Insights to represent my worldview which shapes how I approach my services. I believe that therapy should help you discover the insights inside of yourself in order to reclaim a vibrant life—full of health, beauty, and mindfulness.
